This policy statement provides information on exempt entities and exempt sales in relation to the Liquid Fuels and Fuels Tax Act 75 which exempts the U.S. Government, Commonwealth of PA and its political subdivision, volunteer fire, rescue and ambulance associations, second class county port authorities, nonprofit-nonpublic schools and PA rural electric cooperatives from payment of the tax imposed on motor fuels.
