To view Adobe PDF Format files...
you will need to have the Adobe Acrobat Reader installed, which is available free from the Adobe Web Site at http://www.adobe.com.

To view the contents of a ZIP File...
you will need to have a ZIP file utility. This utility is available at http://www.winzip.com.
A Winzip Self Extracting EXE format file is an actual program that you can either download or run directly that will unpack the files within itself to your hard disk. By clicking on the EXE file, you will be prompted to either "run" or "save" the file. Selecting "run" will automatically extract the archive to your hard disk.

To view Microsoft Word Format files...
you will need to have the Microsoft Word Viewer installed, which is available free from the Microsoft Web Site.
